Our strategy focuses on a number of strategic pillars centred on delivering a sustainable business that will drive stakeholder value. The strategy has been adapted to weather the existing volatility in our various industries whilst aiming for longer-term sustainability.
Our strategy is intended to drive a new growth cycle in the business activities of the Group that should see the expansion of the Group’s geographical reach in Africa.
Our strategy is also aimed at developing the great potential that exists for the industry on the West African continent. The main focus of the strategy is on cash generation and expanding the Group’s offering across the oil and gas value chain.
